Description:
Minimum Energy
no-load Controller (MEC) is a controller for
external power supplies (Linear Adaptors) to
meet Maximum Power in No-Load bellowing 0.2W,
which exceed in the requirements of US “ENERGY
STAR”, Australia (MEPS), China (CECP)
standards.

Note:1.
Primary coil is that the MEC connects to the
primary circuit of the transformer, with “I”
marker in the device package. Secondary is that
the MEC connects to the secondary circuit of the
transformer, with “II” marker in the device
package.

Secondary minimum start-up current
IO′is that in the condition of
controlled in holding state, the current of
secondary connected with load
IO′=UO/RL≥25%IOmax,
for example, when the maximum output current is
IOmax=1A, the secondary minimum
start-up current IO′is
250mA.

module into the primary and secondary

2. The two pins
of the primary-side can be exchanged, and in the
secondary-side the two pins can be exchanged
too, but please pay attention that primary and
secondary can not be in reverse.
