Ⅰ.General Description:

The series of ME-YYAYY self-adaptive Post Regulation Voltage Stabilizing Circuit is produced by Wrangler International (shenzhen) CO.LTD. It can be used in multi-output low voltage DC switch power, and make all the output circuits stable and credible. The package of this circuit is DIP-8. High precision steady voltage, low lost, small size, low energy consumption and self-adaptive make sure every single output voltage precisely stabilizes. Furthermore, it requires no other drivers and can work in isolated ground.

Ⅱ.Main Parameters:

*Maximum Operating Voltage: 30VDC;50VDC (100VDC will coming soon);
*Operating Current: 1A、2A、3A Three Types
*Adaptive Frequency Range: 10KHZ~200KHZ;
* Work pattern: Self-adaptive PWM flyback topology
*Precision of Constant Voltage: ±1%VO(requiring the precision of R1 be ±1%);
*Output Voltage: Setting by the external resistance R1 (the lowest output voltage is 2.5V).
*Environment temperature:-20℃~85℃

Note: This circuit is used in the mode of self-adaptive PWM flyback topology.
When using this circuit to design the transformer parameters, adding secondary winding turns based on conventional design can increase the power by 0.8~1(add 80% when using LDO),ensure working at the PWM state and get the highest efficiency. For example, when the output voltage is 20V before, design the output of the transformer 40V, and using the LD0 design, the output is 36V.

1. R1 is the voltage rectifier resistor, the precision is 1%, the wattage is 1/4W to 1/2W
  R1=(VOUT-2.5)×103(Ω). For example, when Vout  is 10V, the R1=(10-2.5)×103(Ω)=7.5×103(Ω)
2. R2 is the voltage adaptive resistor. calculated on 120Ω/V,permission to±20%, the wattage is 1/4W to 1/2W. if Vout is 10V, R2 is 10*120Ω=1200Ω
3. Pin2 is the output of current rectifier, if no need, it can be hung in the air, but it can not be connected with other component.
